About me and Balanced Books, LLC…
Hi, my name is Kaari. I am the owner/operator of Balanced Books, LLC. I have 19+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience. I started Balanced Books, LLC in January of 2019. I am dependable, honest, organized, and efficient. I love helping entrepreneurs and their businesses become more organized and efficient which leads to more profitable, streamline, and lower-stress businesses.
Balanced Books, LLC is a one-woman show. I have structured it this way so that my clients can count on the consistency of it always being me doing their books. It will always be me that answers their phone calls, texts, and emails. This also allows me to spend more time actually doing bookkeeping since I spend no time managing employees.

Bookkeeping includes:
categorizing bank and credit card transactions
attaching receipts to transactions
reconciling bank and credit card accounts
Bookkeeping can be done weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly
Payroll includes:
setting up new-hires
running payroll
scheduling payroll taxes
filing payroll reports
Payroll can be done weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly
This usually consists of doing transaction entries and reconciles for however many months a business is behind in their bookkeeping. Many additional things may need to be done to get bookkeeping cleaned up and caught up, this will be gone over during the initial consult.
